The mission of Primary Medical Care is to provide the highest quality medical care to the ill, and to prevent illness among the well. Today's medical industry refers to the treatment of patients, by physicians, as Primary Care, a term which originated from our name, Primary Medical Care. Our firm was established in 1967 and for over thirty-five years has continued to serve the medical needs of Southeastern Massachusetts.

Our vision is to be a primary care practice, functioning in a system of health care professionals, working in partnership with others to provide the highest quality comprehensive, integrated care to the individuals and communities we serve. We intend to deliver this care so that it is accessible, affordable, efficient and effective, as judged by those we serve. Though growth has been consistent over the years, it has never impaired the quality and efficiency of healthcare services provided.

We will strive to improve our understanding of the causes, courses, management and prevention of disease, and are committed to educate those we serve so that they may apply our knowledge.

As part of Primary Medical Care's commitment to ensure the highest quality service for its patients, appointments are arranged, when needed, for specialty physicians/surgeons to provide care. These arrangements are developed and ended as the needs dictates. Areas of specialty include; Cardiology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Oncology, Otolaryngology, Plastic Surgery, Psychiatry.
